NALC website changes

NALC are launching a new website on Monday 7thOctober.  The existing website and login details that you currently use for NALC will no longer be useable from that date.  This does not affect the logon details that you use for the Hampshire ALC member system.

Access to the NALC website is available to Clerks, Councillors and other Council staff from councils who are NALC members. As the current generic access password will no longer work you will need to create your own logon through the NALC website when it goes live on 7th October.

As we are a separate organisation to NALC and use different systems we regret that we are unable to provide you with any assistance on this change.  NALC have advised that anyone having difficulty setting up a new logon should register this on the “Contact Us” form that will be available on the new NALC website. Please ensure you use the form on the NALC website not on the BALC website.
