Introducing the new and improved Member Area
The online Member Area is your one-stop-shop for guidance on a range of issues that could affect your council. Time has been spent upgrading and reorganising it to make it even easier for you to find the support you need.
All you need to do is sign in with your unique username and password and you will be able to access a broad range of guidance notes on procedural best practice, legislation and much more.
Everything is designed to enable council members and staff to perform your council’s duties effectively and appropriately.
You can still access NALC Legal Topic Notes in the Member Area along with their template documents.
Working is continuing on producing more resources for members and we will soon be introducing a directory of policy templates that you can use to suit your council’s needs.
If you are an LCPD member you will also soon be able to access a collection of dedicated HR resources that will provide practical advice on all matters relating to employment, as well as policy templates for you to use.
